I just wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for being part of our amazing community. As the school year comes to a close, I can't help but reflect on the incredible experiences we've shared together.
Last week, we bid farewell to the Class of 2024, celebrating their achievements and the memories we've made along the way. It's been a year packed with events, growth, and plenty of smiles.
I want to give a special shout out to a beloved staff member who's retiring after decades of dedicated service to Charlotte Public Schools, our High School Assistant Principal, Ms. Burdick. Her commitment to our community speaks volumes about the supportive nature of our Oriole Team. She has left a lasting impact on all of us, and her presence will be dearly missed. After 34 years at Charlotte Public Schools, we wish her the very best in retirement!
