Campus Safety & Security Officer

The Campus Safety & Security Officer serves a dual role in promoting a safe, equitable, and inclusive school environment. This position is responsible for investigating Title IX-related complaints, including reports of harassment, discrimination, or misconduct, while also maintaining the safety and security of the school premises. The role combines the investigative rigor required for Title IX compliance with the vigilance necessary to ensure a secure learning environment for students, staff, and visitors.

Athletic Trainer

Charlotte Public Schools is actively seeking an athletic trainer to join our team! The goal of the athletic trainer is to provide appropriate preventative and post-injury treatment to athletes. Work in a safe manner consistent with safety policies.

Middle School Volleyball Coach

We are seeking a coach who can lead the 7th Grade Volleyball Team and assist with helping the varsity coach run the program for high school and middle school. This person needs to be able to prepare the team members socially, mentally and physically in order to meet the challenges of being a student athlete. Support the entire program and create excitement for the girl’s program.

JV Softball Coach

We need a coach who can lead the girls JV softball program for next season. This person needs to be able to prepare the team members socially, mentally and physically in order to meet the challenges of being a student athlete. Support the entire program and create excitement for the girl’s program.

Varsity Girls Soccer Coach

Weymouth Child Care Assistant Infant/Toddler Room Assistant Instructor
To assist the lead instructor in the supervision and management of all aspects of the child care classroom where the assistant is assigned.

Weymouth Childcare Substitute Teacher
The role of the Childcare Substitute Teacher is to provide additional support in the childcare setting, as well as lunchroom/playground.

Weymouth Child Care Assistant Teacher Before/After School

We are seeking a Part Time Child Care Assistant Teacher to work before and after school hours at our Weymouth location. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and a passion for providing a safe and nurturing environment for them to learn and grow.

Food Service

Food Service Staff Member, Part Time (8AM - 12:30 PM) - Galewood Early Elementary

This position is responsible for food preparation under the direction of the kitchen lead.

Student Support Services

Early Childhood Special Ed Paraprofessional, Part Time - Galewood Early Elementary

The role of the paraprofessional is to provide additional support in the classroom setting, as well as lunchroom/playground. The paraprofessional’s goal is to assist in providing a well-organized, smooth functioning school environment in which all children can take full advantage of the instructional program and available resource materials. The primary function of this role will be assisting within the special education program.

Teachers

Special Education Teacher, Full Time - High School

We are seeking a motivated, positive team player to join our special education team at Charlotte High School! The special education teacher in this role will work within the FIP program at the high school.

6th Grade Science and Social Studies Teacher
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Science and Social Studies teacher to join our team at Upper Elementary School. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a strong background in both Science and Social Studies. This is a full-time position.

Transportation

School Bus Driver - Permanent Float 6 hours/day
A Permanent Float school bus driver is responsible for safe operation of the school bus according to district policy as well as state and federal regulations. Additionally, a school bus driver must effectively manage student behavior while the students are on the bus. This position is guaranteed 6 hours/day with the option of additional hours if available.

Substitute School Bus Driver - Part Time/On-Call
A substitute school bus driver is responsible for safe operation of the school bus according to district policy as well as state and federal regulations. Additionally, a substitute school bus driver must effectively manage student behavior while the students are on the bus. This position will not have a regularly assigned route.

District Technician - Full Time

The role of the District Technician is to provide technology services for students and staff in a helpful, positive, congenial, and flexible manner in the computer lab, the media center, classroom, and building office.
